Coming in, Going out

As we consider what we might invite into our lives in these summer months, it might be as important to acknowledge what we need to let go of, or do less of too. We are only human, and only have so much capacity. So be kind to yourself.

This activity is best approached by creating just five minutes of brainstorming time. So grab a cuppa, and it will be the perfect temperature by the time you’ve finished.

Listen to the audio, and respond intuitively - without thinking too hard about your responses.

Just add one idea - the one the comes first. Try not to edit or give a ‘better’ answer. There are no right or wrongs. (The things that feel ‘wrong’ can be information worth paying attention to too.)

There are only a few seconds between each question. You might just fly through it once - and answer all those that you can in the time given. You can always return to other questions that require more time, later on. Be ready to work quick.

Once you have finished, consider this idea - ‘coming in, going out’. What other questions would you add - and pose to the group during our group coaching session? That might also tell you more about what you need.

The questions are listed below for reference - but I advise not looking before you listen. There is a bit of magic when you are time-limited in your responses; your intuition and gut instinct get to work.
