MAMA Coaching
One-to-One Coaching
Find space to think
One-to-one coaching can support mothers who are finding it difficult to think about long term goals, whilst keeping on top of the daily demands of family life. By allowing space to reflect on what is most important, coaching can offer a chance to gain perspective about what you want and how to get there.
How will it help?
Coaching gives mothers the support to find clarity and make progress. One-to-one coaching helps you go beyond the day-to-day, and explore patterns of behaviour, belief systems and what we are at our core: our strengths, our values, and what really motivates us.
Is it for me?
Are you feeling overwhelmed by the juggle of working parenthood?
Are you noticing changes since you became a parent, but you’re not sure what they are or how they affect you?
Are you ready to make a change - but feeling low in confidence or your ability to make it happen?
If you would like to make progress in any area of your life, coaching will support you to achieve that.
How is it structured?
Each coaching session is between 60-90 minutes and provides a platform from which to reflect, to plan and to notice change.
Sessions happen 2-4 weeks apart, and at least 6-8 sessions are recommended.
Get in touch with Alice to discuss your situation, and we can have a chat about how coaching could support you and how it works in more detail.
What does it cost?
We have a sliding scale for one-to-one coaching, dependent on your situation.
Your employer may be supporting this coaching, or you may be seeking coaching privately.
Whatever your circumstances, please drop us an email and book in a free chat to discuss further.
