Making Plans Group Coaching Programme
A 5-week programme to write the plan for the future you want.
We help you begin what feels impossible by designing small and manageable steps, cultivating self-belief and confidence, and by offering tips and tools for building resilience when things don’t go to plan.
The programme runs once a week, at the same time, for five weeks. We encourage you to have a go at exercises between sessions as well.
Course includes: 5 x 2 hr 15 min group sessions, workbook & journal, and email support throughout.
